• Only available to skaters moving up from Bridge membership or first time holding any type of membership with NEFSC.

• Basic 4 and lower must be accompanied on ice by a coach at all times.

• Includes USFS membership for skater.

• Skater is eligible for awards.

• Membership does not include voting rights.

• Skater /family is not required but is encouraged to fulfill Participation Program hours.
