• For Basic 4 or lower and enrolled in Royal Oak LTS Program. If Basic 5 or higher is achieved throughout the season, skater membership will bump to Introductory level at no additional charge.

• Must be accompanied on ice by a coach at all times.

• Includes USFS membership for skater.

• Skater is eligible for awards.

• Membership does not include voting rights.

• Skater /family is not required but is encouraged to fulfill Participation Program hours.
